I really wanted to like these because they look super cute, but after about an hour my feet were already hurting. There’s basically no arch support at all, so they just weren’t comfy for me.

I got my usual size from Vivaia and had kind of mixed feelings. The length was fine, but they felt tighter than I expected, especially around the toes. I can still wear them, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I probably would’ve been more comfortable going a half size up. Overall they’re not bad, I just wish the sizing guidance was a little clearer

My order arrived in really good shape, and I’ll give them credit for that. Nothing was squashed, the shoe box was clean, and the outer packaging held up well. Just a heads up if you don’t like dealing with extra packing materials: there was way more paper inside than I expected. Not a big issue overall, but something to be aware of

I ended up returning it, and I think I made the right choice. The process was easy, and I got my refund faster than I expected with no hassle at all...

I went into this wanting to like my shoes from vivaiacollection.com, and I don’t think I was being overly picky. They look really nice, so I kept giving them another try, but after a few wears the back still rubs against my heel and the sole feels a lot thinner than I expected.

I can see them being fine for a quick errand or a short outing, so it’s not like they’re completely unwearable. But for the price and the way they’re marketed, I feel like it’s fair to expect more comfort. I just can’t wear them for a full day without my feet getting sore.

I do actually like the shoes, which is maybe why the whole customer service part annoyed me more than it should have. They look good, they feel nice, and I wanted to be happy with the order, but then I ran into a sizing issue and thought, okay, no big deal, I’ll just email them.

Then I waited a few days, and when they finally replied, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. It had that canned response vibe, like they just grabbed a standard answer and sent it over without really addressing the actual problem, which is always a little frustrating when you’ve already waited.

It did get fixed eventually, but only after I followed up again, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. Still, for the price, I expected the support to be a bit more helpful and a lot more on top of things.

I usually assume shoes made with recycled materials might feel a little stiff or not as stylish, but these were actually really comfy and cute. I like that Vivaia is making more sustainable choices without making it feel like a compromise. Shipping was normal and smooth too. I’d definitely order again.

I picked up a pair of flats from vivaiacollection.com and just went for it, wore them straight out for a full day. Normally I’d tell anyone to break in new shoes first because my heels get rubbed so easily, but these didn’t give me any blisters at all. They were comfortable and easy to walk around in. If you’re like me and usually struggle with new flats, these might be worth trying...

I bought a pair from Vivaia and wasn’t sure how they’d hold up in the wash. I used cold water and skipped the dryer, just letting them air dry, and they came out looking better than I expected. The shape stayed the same, and there wasn’t any weird smell afterward, which was a relief.

I’m giving them 4 stars because there was one little spot that didn’t completely come out, though that might’ve been on me. Overall, they were easy to clean for shoes, and based on my experience, I’d buy another pair.

It fits me perfectly, which was a nice surprise. I hope they keep the sizing this consistent, because if the next one is off, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

I did eventually get the new size, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be.
